• Account details (name, email, profile information).
• Project metadata (titles, descriptions, milestones, comments and attachments).
• Payment-related events from Stripe (amounts, status, payout timing). We do not see full card numbers.
• Basic device and usage information for security and analytics (where enabled).

2. Purpose

We use this data to operate Flikker, provide support, secure the platform, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Processors & storage

• Stripe for payments and payouts.
• Supabase (Postgres + storage) for application data and files.
• PostHog (EU host) for product analytics, only where analytics are enabled.

Data is stored in reputable data centers with encryption in transit and role-based access.

We use required cookies to keep you signed in and secure. Optional analytics are only enabled if you consent. See the Cookie Policy for details.

5. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data.

To exercise these rights, contact support using the email listed in the app and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Retention

We retain data for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account, subject to retention obligations.
